Rev. Linda J. Thomas is an ordained Minister of the Gospel. She serves as an Associate Pastor at the First Baptist Church of Glenarden under the leadership of Pastor John K. Jenkins, Sr. Reverend Thomas has been a member of the First Baptist Church of Glenarden (FBCG) since 1991. She accepted Christ at the age of 7.

She accepted her call and was licensed on October 27, 1998.
As part of her commitment to study the word of God, she earned a Masters of Divinity Degree from Howard University in 2001.
She serves as the Director for the Domestic Violence Ministry at FBCG. She has conducted workshops locally and internationally.
For many years she and her husband Deacon Charles H. Thomas, Jr., served as directors for Divorce Care, a seminar support group that ministers to individuals who have experienced the tragedy of separation and divorce.

She is a devoted wife and mother and together she and her husband share three adult children and four grandchildren. She is a preacher, teacher and motivational speaker who is passionate about her purpose to empower and encourage others to flourish spiritually, emotionally and financially. 3 John 1:2. “Beloved I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.”




She lives her life by Psalm 1:1-3 “Blessed are those who delight in the Word of God both day and night for they shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of waters and whatever they do it shall prosper.” Rev. Linda believes her greatest call is to serve God while serving others.
